Initiate a Return
Log into your Bally Global account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside.
Ship Your Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
